Subscriptions may be offered on:

  • annual billing cycles;

  • other payment structures disclosed at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription or paid offer, you authorize Power Hour, LLC to charge the payment method provided at checkout according to the selected payment plan.

Subscription pricing, features, benefits, availability, and offers may change at any time.

Any pricing changes will apply prospectively and as permitted by applicable law.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time by:

  • cancelling through your account portal, if available; or

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge.

If you do not cancel before your renewal date and you are charged, the payment is non-refundable.

6. No Refund Policy

1. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Power Hour, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to Hour League, I'm Doing This, Sasha Lights the Way, and any of our current or future brands, websites, memberships, communities, courses, digital products, newsletters, services, or educational resources, may use artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies to assist in creating, editing, organizing, translating, summarizing, illustrating, analyzing, or delivering content.

Our Company may use AI-powered technologies including, but not limited to:

  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Gemini
  • Perplexity
  • Canva AI
  • HeyGen
  • ElevenLabs
  • Midjourney
  • Grammarly AI
  • Notion AI
  • Other current or future artificial intelligence tools that assist in producing or improving our content, products, and services.

2. AI-Assisted Content

AI may assist us in creating or improving, among other things:

Some content may be created entirely by AI, while other content may be AI-assisted and subsequently edited or reviewed by members of our team.

References to "AI" within these Terms include both current and future technologies used by the Company.

Power Hour, LLC does not control or assume responsibility for third-party:

  • services;

  • products;

  • content;

  • privacy practices.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

16. Business Transfer and Assignment

Power Hour, LLC may sell, transfer, assign, merge, acquire, license, or reorganize all or part of its business, brands, assets, communities, customer relationships, databases, or operations.

These Terms and your relationship with Power Hour, LLC may be assigned or transferred to a successor owner or acquiring entity without restriction.

We do not guarantee:

  • customers;

18. Testimonials, Reviews, and User Content

By submitting a testimonial, review, feedback, survey response, comment, message, success story, photograph, video, social media post, email, or other content to Power Hour, LLC, Hour League, I'm Doing This, or any of our affiliated brands, whether directly or through our website, email, social media platforms, communities, courses, events, memberships, or messaging platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Telegram, Kajabi, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar platforms), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use such content for any lawful business or marketing purpose.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on our websites, landing pages, sales pages, email marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media accounts, webinars, presentations, promotional materials, printed materials, podcasts, videos, and other marketing or educational content.

You acknowledge and agree that we may:

  • Display your first name, last initial, business name, company name, city, state, website, social media handle, photograph, or likeness if voluntarily provided.
  • Edit testimonials for grammar, spelling, formatting, length, or clarity, provided that the overall meaning is not materially altered.
  • Create screenshots of comments, emails, messages, community discussions, or social media interactions for promotional purposes.
  • Continue using your testimonial or content even if you later discontinue using our products or services.

If you do not wish for a particular testimonial or piece of content to be used, you must notify us in writing. While we will make commercially reasonable efforts to discontinue future use after receiving your request, we are not required to recall, remove, or modify materials that have already been published, distributed, printed, or incorporated into existing marketing materials.

You represent and warrant that any testimonial or content you submit is truthful, based on your actual experience, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWER HOUR, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWER HOUR, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes damages related to:

  • lost profits;

  • lost opportunities;

  • business interruption;

  • reliance on information;

  • third-party interactions;

  • use or inability to use Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Power Hour, LLC during the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Power Hour, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your violation of another person’s rights;

22. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

You agree that disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

You waive participation in class actions to the extent permitted by law.

23. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Power Hour, LLC regarding your use of Services.
