ABOUT PAULINE & CLARA

"Sisters, founders, and mothers, Clara and Pauline have never followed the conventional path. Born to immigrant parents who instilled in them a relentless work ethic and deep resilience, they grew up straddling cultures, identities, and expectations. Their careers took them across industries and continents - Clara in business strategy, marketing, and creative production; and Pauline in luxury events and experience design - building businesses, curating world-class experiences, and redefining success on their own terms. 

But when motherhood entered the picture, we found ourselves questioning the narratives we had been handed: why did success seem to come at the expense of wellbeing? Why were women expected to accept a narrative of sacrifice and struggle at this pivotal moment in their lives? And most importantly, did it really have to be this way?

So, we built what we wished had existed.

Workwelle is more than a platform - it’s a movement. Through transformative coaching, innovative digital tools, mindset work, and corporate programmes, we help women break free from limiting beliefs and design lives where their work, wellness, and worth are all priorities.
