"I’m Marlene Andersson, coach and former elite level Crossfit athlete. I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, but becoming a mom at 38 flipped everything I thought I knew about having a healthy lifestyle on its head. Suddenly, all the strategies that had worked for me before just… didn’t. And I felt the pressure around mothers to “bounce back” wasn’t just unrealistic—it was downright toxic.
I found myself stuck in perfectionism, thinking if I couldn’t do things exactly right, it wasn’t worth doing at all. And that mindset? It was keeping me from making any progress. That experience led me to create the Mighty Mom Blueprint, a framework that helps moms break free from all-or-nothing thinking, build lasting habits, and reclaim their energy and confidence—without the burnout, guilt, or extremes. I wanted to make sure moms could make progress even on their busiest days!
